tiny little teeth...
are dropping out of Logan's head like nobody's business!
Okay, dropping might be a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like tiny little teeth are hanging on for as long as they can before they drop out of his head...but at least they're coming out on their own eventually. So far he's had two permanent teeth rupture behind the corresponding primary teeth before said primary teeth had evacuated the premises.
Both boys saw the dentist for the first time on Wednesday. Both did wonderfully! They are both cavity free! So far my clean teeth crusade is paying off!
I got to see both sets of their x-rays and I think we should start saving for braces and wisdom teeth extractions now because while it seems Logan will have smallish teeth like his dad if he develops any wisdom teeth at all they will make a mess of his teeth and Caleb? Well, it's pretty much a given he'll have braces because it seems he'll have biggish teeth and smallish jaw bone area in which to hold those teeth...just like his mom. However, if he's lucky his braces will be on and off really quickly...just like his mom.
In other tiny little teeth news: Molly's tiny little teeth are being extremely troublesome the last couple of weeks. I can see the little white halos of the culprits too...just under the gums and no matter how much I rub her little gums those freaking teeth will not budge! Instead, we continue to sop up drool by the gallon, to dose the baby with teething tablets and tylenol, and to PRAY for those nasty little problem causers to just break through already! Sigh...fing teeth, man.
