those would be the first three words out of your mouth as you stepped onto the second story of our house right now...or perhaps you might have the strength for six: "holy shit, it's hot up here!" So there you have it, my excuse for not blogging all week. Our desktop is upstairs and all the laptops are farmed out at the moment.

The A/C guy is coming this afternoon and I am so hoping it will be a relatively cheap fix because not only is the upstairs a/c ill, but the a/c in my jeep is also backing up into the floorboards leaving lots of water that I have to vacuum out daily so as not to have a black mold farm on wheels! Sigh, the joys of home and car ownership...

I've been working on projects as I can downstairs. I finished my ATCs for the Fairy Tale swap...will post pictures this evening. Oh, by the way, to all my Fairy Tale swappers: I'm going to move the ship date from the 19th to the 23rd to allow some extra mail time for those mailing from overseas and for those (like MYSELF) who needed a few extra days to get everything together. My little mermaid now has hair. All she lacks are her arms, some shiny trinkets and maybe a little pouch for her shiny trinkets.
