baby bird...

We have a nest of starlings or purple martins or something with a forked tail nesting WAY up in the corner of our entry way. While it's nice to see the babies coming along, it is not nice to have to hose bird excrement from the doorbell, wall and corner on a daily basis. For such small creatures they sure produce a LARGE amount of waste.

Anyway, Logan took this picture of Bob on Sunday evening. This little guy is the first of the three to attempt flying so far. He seems to have figured it out as there are three little heads peeking over the nest this morning.
