lucky me...

In the mail a few days ago I recieved an envelope full of perfectly wonderful stationery from the lovely and talented Kim of Something to Say. A while back I had admired a thank you card she designed for a friend of hers. Then a little later she broke the news that the cards would be for sale and I begged her to let us all know when they were available for purchase. She very generously offered to mail me a set of the cards and I was THRILLED at the thought. When I opened the envelope to find more than the little bird cards I was over the moon. Little things like this turn a crappy day right around. Thank you again Kim!

Logan recognized the punches first and then that the colors were from paint chips and decreed that our next Mommy-Logan art project would be "Home Depot Color Square Cards." His only stipulation is that we do them baseball card size so that they'll fit in his wallet better. A toddler version of artist trading cards. That might make a fun swap for the kiddies to do. Will have to work on that.
